The By-laws posted on the Loyalist Township web site are for reference purposes only. They are available here [1].

The following are some of the more frequently requested By-laws [2] which are enforced by By-law Enforcement [3]  and the Building Standards Enforcement Section [4]. By-laws are updated on a regular basis.  Please contact the Clerk’s Department for the most current information.

Loyalist Township has contracted the Frontenac Municipal Law Enforcement employees as By-law Enforcement Officers for the municipality. The officers will be actively patrolling the municipality for by-law infractions.
